You have been driving the project, now you are ready to lead one.
Deliver D C projects with a strong base of repeat clients You may have spent the last few years working alongside a Senior Project Manager, taking responsibility for large parts of the project and becoming the person everyone relies on to keep things moving.
You are managing subcontractors.
Coordinating consultants.
Working through design issues.
Dealing with the client.
Managing the commercial detail.
But ultimately, you are still reporting up to someone else.
We are working with an established South Australian commercial builder that is open to backing a strong Senior Project Coordinator / Senior Contract Administrator into their first Project Manager chance.
This isn't about throwing you into the deep end.




You will have experienced leadership around you, strong systems and the support of an established team, but importantly, you will be given the opportunity to take ownership of a project and prove what you can do.
The business delivers D C projects for a strong base of repeat clients, giving you exposure beyond construction delivery alone.
You will become more involved with clients, consultants, design and the broader process of bringing a project together.
