Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Officer to due their team on a full-time permanent basis in Keysborough.
The Responsibilities The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, will not be limited to:



Daily banking and reconciliations Issuing and processing of invoices Preparation of batch payments on a weekly basis Supplier/Customer queries Allocation and receipting of payments Account statement reconciliations Working within both the AP and AR inbox Other ad hoc tasks The Successful Candidate The ideal candidate will posses the following attributes; however, not limited to: Has worked within a similar Accounts Officer role in the past Ability to work within a team environment Resides locally in Melbourne's south east Clear written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic, with a high attention to detail What's On Offer?
