About the role Envy Corporation Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and qualified Chef to join our kitchen team at The Rabbit Hole Cafe in Seven Hills, Brisbane.
This is a full time position working 38 hours per week within our established cafe kitchen team.
Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 per year plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.
What you'll be doing • Preparing and cooking menu items to established recipes and standards • Maintaining consistent food quality, presentation and portion control • Managing food preparation and service during busy periods • Monitoring stock levels, food storage and stock rotation • Assisting with ordering and stock control • Maintaining food safety,



hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards • Minimising food wastage and supporting productive kitchen operations • Working collaboratively with kitchen and front of house team members • Assisting with training and supporting junior kitchen team members What we're looking for • Relevant commercial cookery qualifications • At least 1 year of relevant experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen • Strong food preparation and cooking skills • Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements • Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required About us Envy Corporation Pty Ltd operates The Rabbit Hole Cafe in Seven Hills as part of The Rabbit Group, a Brisbane hospitality group.
