About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

VCAT
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including residential tenancies, planning and environment disputes, consumer and building matters, guardianship and administration, professional regulation and human rights.
VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.
About the Role
This role will strengthen capability and support consistent, high quality service delivery across the Tribunal's Land and Environment Division (LED).
You will design, develop, deliver and evaluate practical learning solutions for regstiry staff in an operational environment with specific tools for the Building and Property, Planning and Environment,
and Owner's Corporations Lists.
You will be responsible for the following:
* planning, developing and delivering divisional training and capability programs, including onboarding, role-based learning and uplift initiatives
* identifying learning needs, capability gaps and assessing performance data and stakeholder feedback
* developing, maintaining and governing learning and operational resources, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, current and aligned with legislative requirements
* facilitating face-to-face and virtual training
* collaborating with managers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training quality, compliance and consistency
The position is fixed term until 30 June ****
About You
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in:
designing, developing, delivering and evaluating workplace learning, training or capability programs
robust facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
ability to analyse complex information and translate it into practical, user-friendly learning solutions
undertaking training needs analysis and measuring learning effectiveness through feedback and performance data
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a related learning and development qualification will be highly regarded.
Knowledge of VCAT, justice sector operations or case management systems would be advantageous
