We are investing in a centralised technology platform to transform how our buildings are maintained.
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager with a background in Information Technology and knowledge of building / facility management operations.
You will lead the end-to-end development and rollout of a proprietary Building Maintenance Software platform.
Key Responsibilities: ·Develop and manage the project plan for a new Facility / Building Maintenance Software to be used across 50+ buildings and projects ·Undertake in-depth research and analysis of maintenance requirements, compliance, and operational needs across all buildings in consultation with building managers and stakeholders ·Prepare full business requirements, functional specifications, and system architecture documentation for software development within 12 month ·Manage software development lifecycle, including vendor coordination, budget control, quality assurance and timeline management ·Plan and execute phased roll-out of the software across all buildings over 2-3 years ·Ensure successful implementation, data migration,
