About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and people focused HR Advisor to partner with leaders and employees across a diverse operational workforce.
Reporting to a senior HR leader, you will provide practical advice across the employee lifecycle while helping to create a safe, respectful and high performing workplace.
You will provide guidance across recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, wellbeing and exits.
As a key point of contact for employee relations matters, you will manage routine to moderately complex cases and support leaders through performance improvement, disciplinary processes, grievances and investigations.
The role will also involve interpreting Enterprise Agreements, Awards, employment legislation and organisational policies.
You will contribute to organisational change, workforce projects, performance cycles, capability initiatives, manager training, HR governance and continuous improvement activities.
About You: Approachable and commercially minded HR qualified with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business Strong judgement,



discretion and confidence in providing practical HR advice within fast paced operational environments Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Advisor or broader HR generalist role.
Sound understanding of employee relations, Enterprise Agreements, Awards and Australian employment legislation Collaborative and relationship focused approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience managing sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and integrity Comfortable balancing day to day HR advisory activities with broader people projects and initiatives Driven by continuous learning, professional growth and the opportunity to increase autonomy and influence within a HR function Additional Requirements/Benefits This is a permanent full time position.
The role can be based in Adelaide City or the Barossa Valley, with flexibility to work from home for up to 2 days each week.
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between operational locations are required.
