The Harvey Norman Osborne Park Flooring Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Retail Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
The business is continuing to grow and has reached a stage where domestic retail operations and commercial project management requires dedicated leadership.
Thus, a second Manager is required.
Having two Retail Managers also provides management continuity during periods of leave, illness, training and peak trading seasons.
As a Retail Manager, you have an understanding of retail management, life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
To be successful you must: · Have a passion for retail · Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills · Enjoy working in a team environment What we require: · Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business · A high level of Flooring product knowledge such as carpets,
