Oracle ERP Finance Lead 23 Sep **** Melbourne Permanent As with all roles, all interested candidates MUST hold either Australian PR or Citizenship ================================================= We are looking for an Oracle ERP Finance Project Lead for a long standing client with the role being based out of Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne Below is some of the experience we are looking for; it's essential that you have lead experience; Some of the experience required: Recent, hands-on implementation experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle ERP as a lead (this is ESSENTIAL) Strong experience is required around Financials, Procurement and any PPM A solid understanding of finance processes and the ability to translate them into functional system requirements.
A consulting mindset—strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
As part of the Oracle Cloud EPM team , you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle transformation projects across a diverse portfolio of clients (on and offshore).




You'll work across the full lifecycle—from project initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support—helping clients adopt best-practice processes and realise the benefits of Oracle Cloud.
In this role, you will: Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, analyse requirements, and design effective Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
Lead collaborative workshops to demonstrate capability, gather requirements, and guide clients on best practice and cloud adoption.
Prepare explicit, detailed configuration documents and functional specifications.
Continuously grow your Oracle Cloud expertise through training, self-learning, and knowledge-sharing.
Contribute to presales activities, including proposal development and solution support.
Travel is part of this role - with occasional travel (must be open to this) Hybrid role - with 3 days in the office You're a strong communicator who can turn complex concepts into clear solutions.
