Sydney | Director | Insolvency Restructuring A highly regarded specialist restructuring and insolvency advisory firm is seeking an experienced Director to join its Sydney practice.
This is an prospect for a senior insolvency professional to take on significant engagements, build strong client relationships and play an important role in the continued growth of the Sydney practice.
The Role The role will involve: Leading complex voluntary administrations, liquidations, receiverships, informal restructures and turnaround engagements Providing strategic advice across distressed and underperforming businesses Advising directors and stakeholders on restructuring and turnaround strategies Conducting independent business reviews, viability assessments and contingency planning Supporting distressed businesses with creditor and stakeholder negotiations Managing key client and stakeholder relationships Identifying and developing new business opportunities Leading and mentoring a team of insolvency professionals Working closely with senior leadership on significant and complex assignments Contributing to the continued growth and development of the Sydney practice About You We are seeking an experienced insolvency and restructuring professional with: 8+ years' experience in corporate insolvency, restructuring or turnaround Strong technical experience across formal insolvency appointments and/or informal restructuring engagements Proven experience managing complex engagements from start to finish Strong leadership and people management capability Established client relationships and commercial acumen Demonstrated business development capability CA/CPA and/or relevant insolvency qualifications ARITA membership or qualification highly regarded What's on Offer Senior leadership opportunity within an established specialist practice Exposure to complex and high-profile engagements Significant autonomy and client responsibility Opportunity to grow and develop a client portfolio Strong leadership and progression opportunities Competitive remuneration package If you're looking to step into a leadership role within a collaborative and high-performing team, apply directly or: Email: ****** Call: ************
