ABOUT THE ROLE
Great care is built on trust, consistency and genuine human connection.
As a Registered Nurse , you'll provide high-quality, evidence-based and resident-focused nursing care, supporting residents to lead active and meaningful lives as independently as possible.
You'll also provide clinical guidance and support to the wider care team.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing clinical nursing care within your scope of practice
Completing clinical assessments and identifying residents' clinical care needs
Contributing to care plans and ensuring identified clinical needs and resident preferences are addressed
Providing clinical support and advice to the Residential Aged Care team
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records
