Your Responsibilities: Deliver secure, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards Lead, mentor, and support Personal Care Assistants Complete clinical assessments, care plans, and documentation accurately and efficiently Administer medications and treatments in line with legislation, policy, and best practice Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in condition Collaborate with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and internal clinical teams Contribute to quality improvement, compliance, and resident safety initiatives Foster a calm, welcoming, and resident-centred environment About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:
