Quality Compliance Coordinator The Role An established Australian retail and wholesale business is looking for a Quality Compliance Coordinator to support its supplier, product quality and compliance function.
This role will work closely with international suppliers, internal teams, testing providers and other stakeholders to ensure products and supplier documentation remain compliant and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities Manage supplier compliance documentation, certifications, declarations and regulatory requirements.
Support supplier onboarding and review documentation before suppliers are approved.
Coordinate factory and product quality inspections with overseas suppliers and third-party providers.
Maintain compliance registers, supplier databases and quality documentation.
Support Illegal Logging due diligence, risk assessments and chain-of-custody requirements.
Monitor supplier performance, quality issues and corrective actions.
Review returns and quality data to identify recurring issues and trends.




Assist with internal and external audits, including evidence gathering and follow-up actions.
Work with suppliers, laboratories, consultants and internal stakeholders on quality and compliance matters.
About You 3 years experience across sourcing, supplier quality or compliance.
Experience working with international suppliers and overseas factories.
Background in retail, FMCG, wholesale or consumer products.
Experience with factory audits and/or social compliance.
Robust organisation and document management skills.
Confident communicator with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
Desirable SMETA, BSCI, Modern Slavery or Illegal Logging experience.
Mandarin language skills.
Experience working with product testing, certifications or regulatory compliance.
