About the Role
We are seeking experienced
Multi-Skilled Operators
for multiple ongoing civil construction projects across Melbourne.
We are looking for operators with experience across a range of plant and machinery, including
excavators, Moxy/Dump Trucks, loaders, skid steers, rollers and other civil plant
.

Key Responsibilities
Operate a range of civil plant and machinery safely and efficiently
Operate excavators, Moxy/Dump Trucks, loaders, skid steers, rollers and other plant as required
Complete bulk earthworks, excavation, trenching and site preparation
Load, move and distribute materials around site
Assist with drainage, sewer, water and other civil infrastructure works
Carry out detailed excavation and general earthworks where experienced
Conduct daily plant checks and report any issues or maintenance requirements
Work alongside civil labourers, supervisors and other operators
Follow site safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment




Assist with general civil construction duties when required
Requirements
Previous experience operating civil plant and machinery
Multi-skilled operators with experience across multiple machines highly regarded
White Card (essential)
Relevant plant tickets/licences where required
Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)
Strong understanding of civil construction and site safety
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused attitude
Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding workplace
