icare is seeking a Risk and Assurance Lead to influence how risk is understood and managed across NSW Workers Compensation, partnering with leaders to identify emerging risks, strengthen controls and support better decision-making.
You'll join a small team of five, lead risk initiatives, coach colleagues and build risk capability through practical advice and knowledge sharing.
The role is based in Sydney, with options for Gosford or Wollongong and at least one day in Sydney.
