The Opportunity: We are partnering with a well-established organisation in Dingley Village to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative for an immediate-start temporary opportunity.
Joining a busy and collaborative customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and play an important role in keeping orders, enquiries and day-to-day requests moving.
Your Responsibilities: Manage customer enquiries across phone and email Process and manage customer orders from start to finish Provide customers with updates on orders, deliveries and product availability Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner Liaise with warehouse,
