Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management within your specialist area.
You will lead a team of 20+ and work closely with fellow Department Managers, reporting to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager to deliver Best Experience to customers.
You will train and develop your team, ensure our Widest Range and Best Prices, monitor service levels and collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety teams.
