Site Engineer – Geotechnical Engineering | Sydney, NSW A leading geotechnical contractor delivering ground improvement and reinforcement solutions is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join their Sydney team.
Working across major infrastructure, transport, dams, ports, industrial, commercial, and mining projects, you will contribute to delivering innovative solutions for challenging ground conditions.
The Opportunity As a Site Engineer, you will work closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers to plan and manage day-to-day activities across ground improvement projects, supporting successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle while meeting company and client expectations.
Travel required.
Key Responsibilities Assist with delivery outcomes across safety, quality, cost and schedule.
Prepare reporting, forecasts, and project documentation.
Coordinate site teams, resources, procurement, and subcontractors.
Monitor productivity and commercial performance.
Assist with contract administration.

About You Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
Geotechnical experience and site exposure.
Strong communication, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
