This role supports supplier management and procurement administration functions and is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detail‐focused work in a fast‐paced setting.
Key responsibilities Provide procurement and administrative support in the tendering team Maintain and update supplier records in line with company policies and compliance requirements and Verify and manage supplier information across internal systems and monitor supplier licence and insurance details, including reporting expired or inactive registrations Prepare, analyse and distribute reports Update and maintain procedures, guidelines, and documentation ensuring effective document control Manage incoming enquiries,



correspondence and phone calls Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to support efficient service delivery About you High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues Proven ability to manage data accurately and maintain system integrity Comfortable working within established procedures and compliance frameworks Intermediate experience across Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Experience within procurement, project administration, contract administration, construction or government is highly desirable Procurement level 1,2 or 3 highly desirable Apply Apply directly below to be considered for this opportunity.
