Strata Community Insurance is seeking a Building Estimator to join our Building and Assessment Services team (BAS) in Brisbane.
You will validate repair scopes, methodologies and costs to ensure claims are aligned with causation and priced fairly for local markets.
You'll bring experience in insurance-led building assessments, with knowledge of NCC and WHS requirements, and be adept at working with builder estimators and portals to support accurate, timely resolutions.
