We are seeking a Site Manager to join our WA Construction business and take a key leadership role.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned delivery leader to drive construction excellence, uplift site performance, and build capability within a high‐performing team.
Partnering closely with the Senior Site Manager and broader construction leadership, you'll set the tone for site culture, champion Zero Harm, and ensure our delivery frameworks are applied to the highest standard.
You will lead a team of Supervisors and EHS, providing solid mentorship, technical direction, and decisive operational leadership.




Key Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Management of site operations, including all internal staff and subcontractors Programme management, sequencing, and coordination to ensure timely project delivery Drive site safety, ensuring full compliance with WHS requirements Oversee QA where respect, equitable treatment and equitable opportunity are just the norm.
