Join our dynamic team, as a Higher Education Course Advisor, where you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities: Build positive relationships with prospective students, their families, and stakeholders, providing a friendly and supportive environment Guide students through the enrolment process, answering their queries, and ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen programmes Promote our brand and educational offerings by connecting with organisations, schools, and the local community through outreach and marketing activities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations Maintain accurate records and databases, demonstrating attention to detail and organisational skills Continuously seek opportunities to motivate and inspire students, helping them achieve their educational and career aspirations Qualifications The successful candidate will: Have strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels and understand diverse student needs Have high sales and engagement capability, including asking quality questions and generating leads Be highly organised with robust time management, demonstrating a results-driven and goal-oriented approach Be passionate for education and supporting people, particularly within primary industries Be adaptable and proactive, with strong computer literacy, willingness to learn, and experience in customer-facing or sales environments Have a WWCC employee or willingness to obtain Additional Information *This is a phone-based sales position, those interested in sales are encouraged to apply.
