MAYDAY Recruitment Group is seeking a Workforce Coordinator for a large aged care facility on Sydney's North Shore.
You will take ownership of rostering coordination, timesheets, onboarding, compliance and employee administration across a site of around 200 staff.
This permanent, full-time role is onsite, Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm with an ASAP start.
Aged care experience isn't essential; robust rostering and administration skills from any sector are welcome.
