The Position
Support food preparation by assisting chefs with basic prep, portioning and plating
Maintain kitchen cleanliness through thorough washing up, equipment cleaning and end‐of‐shift reset
Uphold hygiene standards by following strict food safety and airport compliance procedures
Manage stock rotation and restocking independently to ensure freshness and accuracy
Handle waste disposal responsibly, including sorting, compacting and maintaining a tidy workspace
Assist with deliveries by checking, unpacking and organizing incoming stock
Prepare service areas by replenishing buffet items and ensuring presentation standards are met




Support lounge operations by responding quickly to chef requests during peak flight times
Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure, compliant airport kitchen environment
