Who You Are
We're looking for someone who can think on their feet, confidently manage competing priorities and deliver solutions when customers need them most.
You'll build strong relationships, negotiate outcomes, support workshop operations and play a key role in keeping our customers moving.
You're proactive, commercially minded and enjoy building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
You thrive in a busy environment where priorities change quickly and no two days are the same.
You're confident having challenging conversations, managing customer expectations, negotiating solutions and finding outcomes that work for both the customer and the business.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Experience in automotive parts, customer service, retail automotive, logistics, or a related industry
A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships




Confidence influencing outcomes and handling difficult conversations professionally
Solid negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, technicians, suppliers and colleagues
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive approach and a genuine desire to learn, improve and develop your career
What You will do
Build strong relationships with customers, workshop teams and suppliers
Identify customer needs and provide expert parts advice and solutions
Manage enquiries, quotations and orders from start to finish
Negotiate and resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
Work closely with the Workshop team to ensure parts availability and minimise downtime
Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure parts are stored and managed correctly
Process invoices, payments and associated documentation accurately
