Job Description In this dual role, you'll play an important part in creating a seamless and positive experience for our patients while supporting both the clinical and administrative sides of the practice.
Your responsibilities will include: Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms Greeting patients and managing appointments Answering phone and email enquiries Processing payments and health fund claims Maintaining accurate patient records Supporting the team with day-to-day administration and clinical tasks Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is a must.
Experienced in dental procedures and terminology.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the D4W system is an advantage.
