About the role:
Working across a broad range of
construction and infrastructure disputes
Advising on
contractual disputes, delay and disruption claims, variations and defects
Assisting with
security of payment matters
and payment disputes
Preparing matters for
adjudication, mediation, arbitration and court proceedings
Drafting correspondence, pleadings, evidence and submissions
Working closely with senior lawyers, clients, counsel and experts on complex disputes
Gaining exposure to high-value projects across the construction, engineering and infrastructure sectors
The ideal candidate:
Junior Lawyer




with approximately 1-3 years' PQE in construction disputes, commercial litigation or broader dispute resolution
Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
A genuine interest in developing a career with construction and infrastructure disputes
Candidates with general litigation experience who are looking to specialise in construction are also encouraged to apply
