We are seeking an experienced HCM AMS Consultant to provide functional application support, maintenance, and continuous improvement services for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
The consultant will be responsible for incident resolution, service request management, system configuration, quarterly release support, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring adherence to agreed service levels.
The specific HCM modules in scope will be defined separately.
Modules : Core HR, absence, recruitment, learning, Talent and succession, performance and goals, Compensation, AI Studio Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within SLA timelines.
Perform impact assessment, configuration changes, testing, and deployment of approved enhancements.
Support Oracle quarterly release analysis, regression testing, and production deployment activities.




Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.
Collaborate with business users, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare operational reports, service metrics, and governance updates.
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and service optimization.
Participate in knowledge management activities and maintain support documentation.
Required Skills Solid experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Application Support and Maintenance.
Good understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management processes.
Experience working in AMS/Managed Services environments with SLA-driven support.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in testing, release management, and quarterly patch validation.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
