The Role: We are looking for an Associate Demand Supply Planner to join our team and support the planning of demand, supply, inventory and production across our operations.

The role combines hands-on operational planning with exposure to demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management and production planning.
Working closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Product Management, Sales, Export, Engineering and Logistics, you will help ensure the right products are available at the right time while identifying and managing potential supply risks.

Key Responsibilities: Support demand, supply and production planning to align customer requirements with inventory and capacity.
Prepare and maintain forecasts, production plans and supply/replenishment plans.
Monitor demand, inventory and supply performance and identify potential risks or shortages.
Manage intercompany and export orders, ensuring alignment with production and shipping schedules.
Maintain accurate planning data, reports and system information.
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve supply, inventory and production issues.
Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, inventory availability and operational efficiency.
Required Skills,



Experience, and Attributes: We are looking for someone who is analytical, organised and enjoys working with data and solving problems.
Ideally you will have: 1-3 years' experience in supply chain, planning, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing or a related area.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good Excel and data analysis skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
Experience with ERP, MRP or demand /supply planning systems is desirable.
