Translate business needs into logical, structured, and actionable requirements .
Work closely with developers, testers, and UX/UI teams to ensure accurate implementation.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to uncover root causes.
Perform gap analysis , impact assessments, and data analysis as needed.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating deliverables.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required skills and qualifications : 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills — able to approach problems methodically.
Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex ideas simply.
Experience in writing explicit, structured documentation (e.g., user stories, use cases, BRDs).
Comfortable with process mapping tools (e.g., Griffy, Visio).
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Nice to Have: Exposure to low-code platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega, Power Platform).
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.
Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
