We are currently seeking a highly motivated, flexible and experienced Food Beverage Supervisor to oversee our team at one of premium corporate clients, based in Melbourne, CBD!
THE POSITION: Planning and coordination of corporate functions and events, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional event experiences from concept to execution Deliver seamless event operations, overseeing room setup, guest arrivals, external suppliers, and on-the-day event delivery to ensure everything runs smoothly Build solid client relationships by providing outstanding customer service, responding to enquiries, and ensuring client expectations are exceeded Oversee event administration and financial processes including booking confirmations Collaborate effectively with hospitality, kitchen, and service teams, ensuring clear communication, high service standards,



and successful event outcomes THE PERSON: At least 2 years' experience in a Food Beverage Supervisor or similar role, ideally within a corporate, events, conferencing, or hospitality environment Experience leading and supervising hospitality teams, providing guidance, support, and direction Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a professional and positive attitude Good organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage bookings and event requirements Commitment to food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures at all times A flexible and hands-on approach, willing to support all aspects of event and service delivery Current RSA Certificate (essential) Barista skills are highly desirable ***As this is a full time role, Full time Australian Workings rights are mandatory *** THE BENEFITS Paid parental leave Multiple salary packaging options to make your dollar go further Easy access to 100+ retail discounts Career development opportunities within Compass Group and Restaurant Associates.
