Experience:
Previous drilling, mining, construction, labouring, or heavy industry experience is highly regarded.
A solid work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work in physically demanding conditions are key.
Benefits:
$38 per hour, FIFO from Brisbane, consistent rostered work, modern equipment, great team culture, and a genuine pathway to progress into Senior Offsider and Driller roles.
Requirements:
Current Manual Driver's Licence (HR highly regarded), strong commitment to safety, physically fit and capable of manual labour, ability to work away from home on a 2:1 roster, and a positive attitude with a desire to build a long-term drilling career.
