About the business Harry's Fresh Fruits and Veggies is a busy fresh-produce retail store at Keilor Central, Keilor Downs.
We specialise in fruit, vegetables and related grocery lines for local customers.
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to organise and control day-to-day store operations.
About the role As Retail Manager, you will have overall responsibility for running the store.
Duties include: • Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards for fresh produce and related lines, including ordering, quality control and waste management of fresh fruit and vegetables • Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing approaches,



and setting retail prices • Promoting and advertising the store's goods and services • Selling goods and advising customers on product use and quality • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions • Undertaking budgeting of revenue and expenses for the store • Managing recruitment, selection, rostering, training and supervision of staff • Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety and other retail regulations About you • Around 1 year of relevant retail management experience (or equivalent) • Strong organisational and leadership skills in a retail environment • Comfortable managing stock, pricing, staff and customer service standards in a fresh-food setting • Must have the right to work in Australia, or be eligible to obtain it Employment • Full time, permanent • Salary: AUD 80,******,000 per annum + superannuation How to apply Email your CV and a short cover letter to ************************* with the subject line "Retail Manager – Keilor Downs".
