Immediate start available High Salary + Vehicle + Super Lead Multi Million Commercial projects Project Manager – Commercial Construction Adelaide | National builder | $15M–$30M Projects Frontline Construction Recruitment is working with a well-known national builder in Adelaide to recruit a Project Manager.
The position is open now , and the builder is looking to appoint someone as soon as possible.
You will take ownership of commercial Design Construct projects valued between $15 million and $30 million, working with the site team, clients, consultants and subcontractors from award through to completion.
The role Lead project planning, procurement and delivery Manage programme, budget, quality and safety Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and buildability Resolve construction and commercial issues as they arise Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders Support and motivate your team to deliver strong results You'll join a team that welcomes ideas, listens to feedback and recognises contributions that make a difference.

About you We're looking for someone who cares about their team and brings the leadership skills to help people perform at their best.
You will also have: Experience managing commercial projects with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders A strong understanding of construction project management A building-related degree, diploma or trade background Sound financial judgment and clear communication skills The ability to build effective relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders Confidence working with drawings and specifications A practical understanding of environmental, health, safety and quality requirements Applications are welcome from established Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with experience suited to projects of this scale.
