The Opportunity
Reporting to the Global Brand CFO, this role will partner closely with Senior Business Managers to drive commercial decision-making across a number of global portfolios.
With technology, AI and customer experience firmly on the agenda this role will influence investment decisions and shape performance.
Build business cases, investment proposals and financial models for executive approval.
Assess investment opportunities and challenge ROI, cost and benefit assumptions.
Prioritise projects against strategic objectives, funding requirements and expected returns.
Translate programme performance into clear financial outcomes and commercial insights
Track investment performance and spend against approved budgets.
Identify customer, operational and productivity opportunities, including across AI initiatives.
Support budgeting, forecasting and portfolio planning.
What You'll Bring
You'll bring commercial rigour to investment decisions, building business cases, assessing ROI and translating complex financial and operational data into transparent insights for senior leaders.
5+ years' experience in commercial analytics,



business analysis or finance business partnering.
Proven experience building business cases, ROI models and investment proposals.
Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
Budgeting, forecasting and portfolio governance experience.
Confidence influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders.
CPA or CA qualification and a relevant degree.
Travel, retail or high-volume customer environment experience is advantageous.
