Join Georesources Delivery as a Senior Geologist and help support the sustainable development of Queensland's mineral and coal resources.
This permanent flexible full time opportunity is based in Townsville.
You will undertake technical assessments of mining, exploration and development tenure applications and provide expert advice to support exploration and resource development activities across Queensland.
Working within a specialised team, you will assess applications against legislative and policy requirements, facilitate the progression of tenure matters and provide technical support to commodity hubs.




We are seeking a geology professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
You will build productive stakeholder relationships, provide sound evidence-based advice and deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
A degree qualification in Geology or a related discipline is mandatory.
