The Opportunity: Our Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver Program provides the support, training, and confidence you need to become a licensed and professional bus driver.
This includes: Extensive induction training combining classroom learning and on-road experience to obtain your Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence Obtaining a nationally recognised qualification: Certificate III in Driving Operations (Bus) Industry-leading pay throughout your training journey A dedicated buddy and support network to guide your development Opportunities to be based across our east depots (Doncaster East, Heatherton Keysborough) connecting local communities throughout Melbourne's eastern and south-eastern suburbs We're after people with: Excellent customer service skills and who enjoy working with people Hold a current Australian car driver's licence (full licence held for minimum of 2 years) Have full Australian work rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
