What's the role?
We're looking for a Business Banking Manager to join our Queensland Third Party SME Small Business team, with Brisbane / Mian jin, Turrbal and Jagera Country as the preferred location.
You'll manage a portfolio of Small to Medium Enterprise customers, building strong relationships and helping businesses move forward with the right banking solutions.
You'll spend time connecting with customers and third party partners, understanding business goals and identifying opportunities to support customers throughout their business journey.
No two days will look the same.
You'll be deepening relationships, structuring lending opportunities and proactively identifying new business opportunities, all while helping create great outcomes for customers.
What do I need?
• Experience in business banking with strong lending knowledge • Understanding of credit risk and compliance principles • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service • Robust relationship building and stakeholder management skills • A proactive approach to identifying and winning new business Why join us?
