Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Spare Parts Interpreter to join our energetic team in Paget (Mackay), Queensland. This permanent, full time role is essential for ensuring the efficient supply of automotive spare parts to our customers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting retail customers with parts enquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
- Identifying and sourcing parts for a wide range of heavy vehicles and equipment.
- Managing the flow of parts to our internal workshop.
- Keeping Workshop Controllers and Service Advisors updated on parts availability and ETAs.
- Liaising with external suppliers to source parts required for repairs.
- Following up outstanding parts and keeping customers and internal teams informed.
- Processing orders, receipting and general parts administration.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring attention to detail across all parts transactions.

- Forklift handling license preferred.
- In possession of a current driver's licence.
