Sleepy's are looking for a suitably experienced and highly qualified Sales Consultant to join our Toowoomba store on a CASUAL basis. .

About the role /n

Reporting to the Store Manager, this role will see you working across sales, networking, and working withinthe sales team to maintain a profitable store. This will involve a 'hands on' approach to customer service from a passionate salesperson who loves to sell sleep!

Your key responsibilities /n

/n

- Working to set KPI's to meet and exceed targets

/n

- Building rapport and effective relationships with customers

/n

- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously

/n

- General admin, stock and operational duties

/n

- Available to work a rotationalroster - with full 7-day availability

/n

Skills and Experience /n

/n

- A demonstrated record of success in consultative sales - retail and other industries are welcome!

/n

- A sound knowledge of KPIs as they relate to the art of sales

/n

- A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, and a great experience for our customers

/n
