Hospitality Trainee

The Hospitality Traineeship is ideal for someone looking to build a broad range of skills across the hospitality industry and develop a strong foundation for future career and leadership opportunities.

Over the two-year program, the successful candidate will have the chance to complete both a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Hospitality, while gaining practical experience across key areas of club operations, including:

- Food and beverage service

/n

- Reception

/n

- Catering operations

/n

- Golf operations

/n

- Customer service

/n

- General club operations

/n

/n

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working with people, delivering great customer service and learning across different areas of the hospitality industry.

Apprentice Chef

/n

Mollymook Golf Club is also seeking a motivated Apprentice Chef who is passionate about food and eager to develop a long-term career in the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will complete a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while learning from experienced chefs in a fast-paced and supportive kitchen environment.

The apprenticeship will provide hands-on experience in:

- Food preparation

- Cooking techniques

- Menu execution

/n

- Food safety

/n

- Stock control

/n

- Service delivery

/n

- A variety of kitchen operations throughout the Club
