Our flagship North Sydney store is Australia's first RIEDEL Boutique, showcasing premium glassware from all three brands in a unique retail setting.

About the Role /n

We're looking for an engaging and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our Boutique team every Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm .

/n

Working alongside the Boutique Manager, you'll assist customers with product selection and purchases, while helping maintain the exceptional presentation standards of the store.

Key Responsibilities /n

Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.

/n

Assist with product selection and recommendations.

/n

Process sales using the POS system.

/n

Develop product knowledge across RIEDEL, SPIEGELAU and NACHTMANN.

/n

Maintain store displays and presentation, including washing and polishing glassware.

/n

Replenish stock and assist with deliveries and stocktakes.

/n





Wrap and package customer purchases.

/n

Assist with general day-to-day Boutique operations.

About You: /n

You’ll ideally have:

/n

Previous customer service experience in retail or hospitality.

/n

A confident, friendly and professional approach.

/n

An interest in wine, premium retail, design or homewares.

/n

Strong attention to detail and pride in store presentation.

/n

A reliable, proactive and hands‑on attitude.

/n

An enthusiasm for learning about our products.

/n

Availability to work every Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm .

/n

Experience in premium retail, wine, hospitality or homewares would be an advantage but isn't essential. Full product training will be provided.

/n

Staff purchasing benefits are available, with the opportunity for additional casual hours during peak periods, events, and staff leave coverage.
