About the Role /n
As a Stylist, you will be an ambassador for the BAKU brand, creating memorable shopping experiences and helping customers find swimwear that makes them look and feel their best.

You will play a key role in driving sales performance, supporting store operations,
and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
What You'll Be Doing /n

- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.

- Provide personalised styling and fit advice, ensuring every customer feels confident and valued.

- Drive sales results and contribute to achieving store and individual targets.

- Lead by example with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

- Maintain outstanding store presentation standards and support day-to-day store operations.

- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
