Tandem Partners is partnering with a respected and organisation to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner.

The opportunity

This is an outstanding chance for a Senior HR Business Partner who enjoys partnering closely with senior stakeholders, shaping people outcomes and contributing to business performance. The role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, combining strategic HR initiatives with hands on business partnering.

Reporting to a senior People & Culture leader, this role will provide trusted advice and support across a diverse range of people matters.
Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with leaders to drive engagement, capability and performance
- Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters
- Supporting organisational change and workforce planning initiatives
- Leading talent, succession and capability development activities
- Coaching leaders through complex people challenges
- Contributing to people strategy and culture initiatives




- Supporting recruitment and broader talent management outcomes

This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing outcomes and balancing commercial objectives with positive people experiences.

About You

You are an experienced HR professional who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
You will bring:

- Strong employee relations capability
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders
- A pragmatic, commercially focused approach to problem solving
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
- Excellent coaching, communication and influencing skills
