Our client is seeking a versatile, highly creative Senior Digital Marketing (Web & Content Specialist) with a strong background in web design and AI-driven content creation to revitalize the brand's online presence. Reporting directly to leadership, you will take ownership of re-engaging a dormant audience across Instagram and TikTok through compelling Reels, short-form video, and visual media. Beyond social media strategy, you will leverage your web design expertise to refine website landing pages, enhance digital user journeys, and apply cutting-edge AI tools to streamline creative production-ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects the brand's evolving aesthetic.

Client Overview

Our client is an expanding creative lifestyle and events company dedicated to delivering elevated brand experiences. As the business enters a new growth phase, they are refreshing their brand voice, evolving their visual identity, and re-activating dormant audience channels across digital touchpoints. To lead this digital transformation, revitalize their social ecosystem, and align web design touchpoints, they are onboarding a remote Senior Digital Marketing Specialist.

Schedule

Flexible schedule during Mornington, Victoria hours, with mandatory availability on Tuesdays for team WIP meetings (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Social Media Strategy & Audience Re-Engagement: Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies across Instagram and TikTok designed to re-ignite engagement among a dormant follower base. Concept, edit, and produce high-quality short-form video (Reels, TikToks) and static visual posts aligned with brand aesthetics. Monitor audience interactions, manage community engagement, and identify organic opportunities to convert followers into qualified leads and clients. Help refine and maintain the brand's evolving tone of voice, visual identity, and aesthetic standards across all social channels.
- Web Design, Visual Optimization & AI Integration: Apply hands-on web design expertise to update website pages, refresh digital layouts, and ensure seamless visual alignment between social campaigns and web landing pages. Leverage modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney,



Firefly) to accelerate content ideation, copy refinement, asset production, and digital marketing workflows. Collaborate with executive leadership during mandatory Tuesday WIP meetings to align marketing roadmaps, report performance metrics, and optimize digital funnels.

- Social & Video Editing: Instagram Creator Studio, TikTok Center, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects, Canva Pro
- Web Design & UX: WordPress (Elementor / Divi), Webflow, Squarespace, Figma, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
- AI & Automation Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio
- Analytics & Management: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), Asana / Trello

Requirements

- Senior Digital Marketing Track Record: 4+ years of senior-level experience leading social media growth, audience re-engagement, and digital marketing within lifestyle, events, or creative sectors.
- Web Design Expertise: Proven capability in web design, page layout, and visual UX/UI enhancements, ensuring brand cohesion between social media and web platforms.
- AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools into daily copy, design, and content creation pipelines to amplify marketing efficiency.
- Emotional Intelligence & Brand Affinity: High emotional intelligence with a demonstrated ability to rapidly absorb a brand's DNA, aesthetic nuances, and target audience motivations.
- Shift Alignment: Available to work 20 hours per week, with mandatory availability during Tuesdays for team WIP alignment (flexible scheduling across remaining days).
