The Role
As a People & Culture Consultant of a national mid tier law firm, you will support the CEO and the CFO. Your duties will include -
- Providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- end to end recruitment of all staff
- Preparing employment documentation
- Contributing to People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Training and development duties
- Remuneration review processes
- Coaching Managers
Please note that there will be some travel involved to interstate offices once a quarter.
About you
- A qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field (or are currently studying).
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Confidence and an approachable demeanour
- A minimum of 2 years Human Resources Coordinator or Advisor experience within a law firm or a professional services firm.
Law Firm / Salary / Benefits
Our client is a well established national mid tier law firm of 60 staff in their Brisbane office. They offer staff advantages including free uniforms (not compulsory), paid parental leave, extra annual leave between Christmas and New Year,
free group trainer and massages. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $75,000 - $100,000 including Super).
