Chandler Macleod are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive G eneral Hand to join our fast-paced distribution centre team in Hazelmere. You will be responsible for inspecting, correcting, and repackaging products to ensure they meet our quality and customer standards before shipment.

Shift Time 0500 - 1300 Monday to Friday
Start Date ASAP

Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality checks on returned or mispacked items

- Rework orders due to mislabelling, damaged packaging, or incorrect assembly

- Repack and relabel goods to meet customer or internal specifications

- Ensure all reworked stock is correctly scanned, logged, and placed in appropriate locations

- Collaborate with the picking, packing, and quality teams to identify and resolve recurring issues

- Follow all health and safety procedures and warehouse best practices

- Maintain a clean and organised work area

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre (preferred but not essential)

- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse systems

- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, lift/move items as required

- A proactive attitude towards maintaining quality and reducing waste
