Ventia, in collaboration with the Australian Defence Force, are seeking enthusiastic Food and Beverage Service Attendants to join the team on a casual basis at our RAAF base in Tindal Katherine, NT.

Working a rotating roster, offering $34.18 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)

About the role

- Serving Military Personnel during messes (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- Delivering an outstanding service to all guests, every shift
- Providing professional bar service (RSA standards)Keeping dining and bar areas clean and tidy
- Assisting with basic food prep and restocking where needed
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Working as part of a friendly, supportive team

About You

- Experience in hospitality & catering or customer service (Advantageous)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (Advantageous)
- Prior experience delivering food and beverage services in hotels, restaurants, and high-volume dining establishments. (Advantageous)Sound knowledge of Food
- Safety Standards, relevant legislation and statutory obligations.




- Current Australian drivers licence

You must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check.
