The Role

- Full-time or part-time, with flexible working arrangements
- Deliver community-based OT assessments and interventions for NDIS participants
- Work across homes, schools, workplaces and community settings
- Build a caseload around the demographics and areas you're most passionate about
- Collaborate with Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and more
- Be backed by a dedicated team leader and OT mentor
- Keep your calendar in your hands, with travel between participants kept to around 30 minutes, and later starts where you're travelling so your commute happens in paid time

What You'll Earn

- $82,106 - $110,143 + super, with pay above award rates
- Performance incentives of up to $10,000,



plus an extra $80 per hour when you exceed your KPIs (up to 15 hours a month)
- Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 where applicable
- Structured mentoring and supervision valued at up to $22,000
- Wheels sorted. Choose from a leased small or medium hybrid SUV (rego, insurance and servicing covered, unlimited mileage, roughly $7,000 a year package), or claim mileage at $1.01/km. Laptop and mobile phone included.

Essential Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Valid, unrestricted driver's licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
- Demonstrated experience delivering community-based therapy in an NDIS context
