About the role

This is a full-time, fixed term role until Friday 25 December 2027 in the Construction team, based at Narooma. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out physical labouring tasks and assisting Work Supervisors and Assistant Work Supervisors in achieving a protected and well organised project/activity.

The starting salary for this position is $2,491.23 per fortnight, plus 12% superannuation.

About you

You are a reliable and motivated team player who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in contributing to the maintenance and improvement of community infrastructure. With a relevant Certificate III qualification and previous labouring experience, you have a sound understanding of construction and maintenance activities, including the capabilities and operation of plant and equipment. You are physically fit, safety-conscious, and willing to undertake a variety of hands-on tasks while maintaining a strong focus on quality workmanship.

You thrive in a collaborative team environment and are committed to achieving positive outcomes for the community.
