As Service Centre Manager you will encourage, lead and manage your staff, enabling them to do what they do best - supporting children and families when they need it most.

Your responsibilities

As a Manager, you will:

- empower staff to ensure that children's safety, belonging and well-being needs are met,



and that children and families are included meaningfully in the child protection process.
- manage the service centre's corporate governance and financial management and proactive human resource management obligations.
- work within departmental procedures and statutory, financial and administrative delegations.
- develop genuine and enduring service delivery partnerships to enhance crosssector participation, and support staff attendance at training and development activities.
- actively participate in and, where appropriate, lead local area forums with government and non-government stakeholders to foster collaboration and build trust in the department.
